With the Democratic Convention arriving to Denver in a few weeks we are already assisting groups and people in need during this busy week!
Ready…Set…Go! Less than 40 Days Until the Gavel Drops. With last Saturday marking just 45 days to go until the eyes of the world turn toward Denver and the 2008 Democratic National Convention, the Democratic National Convention Committee (DNCC) announced that its plans remain on track or ahead of schedule for a truly historic event that promises to be an engaging celebration of the strength of the Democratic party, the diversity we embrace, the values we share and our vision for America. From housing to transportation to construction, Convention organizers are checking off their to-do list in preparation for the four-day event, to be held August 25-28.
